I write about and coach people through the Human Experience.

I also design websites for fun while nurturing an ongoing love affair with Adobe’s CS4 Master Collection (my husband already knows, so it’s no secret). Exercise sets me free and giving birth to new ideas, places and things makes me soar. As a mother of three vibrant, beautiful humans – I’m done giving birth to people.
